About

I’m Will, a second-year law student at the University of Glasgow. In my first year, I achieved an overall average of 82% across modules including Contract, Constitutional, Roman, Tort and Criminal Law.

This year, I’m delving into a fresh set of modules: Law and Government, Equity and Trusts, Foundations in Evidence, EU Law, Business Organisations, Land Law, and Jurisprudence.

I started this blog to explore and comment on novel developments in the law, examine judicial reasoning in significant authorities, and offer practical insights for those navigating undergraduate legal study.

Whether you’re a current student, a prospective applicant, or simply curious about the workings of the law, I hope you find something here to challenge, inform, or support. I’d love to hear your thoughts – feel free to connect and join the conversation.
